Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality residential cleaning services to clients in their homes, ensuring every space is cleaned to the highest standards.
- Work effectively in teams of two, moving between 3 to 5 homes per day.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use company products and procedures to deliver consistent results.
- Communicate professionally with clients, representing the company with reliability and a positive attitude.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring all surfaces, floors, and fixtures are thoroughly cleaned and presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle when using company cars.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning products appropriately.
Qualifications
A valid full G driver’s licence is required. Candidates must live in Burlington, Oakville, or Waterdown. A clean criminal record check is required and will be completed by the company. Candidates must be motivated, mature, positive, and enjoy cleaning. A passion for great customer service is essential. Strong attention to detail is required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important. Candidates should be comfortable around pets. Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel cleaning, room attendant, residential or commercial cleaning, office cleaning, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
