Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, offices, and porches, always knocking and receiving permission before entering a resident’s personal space.
- Ensuring all areas are uncluttered, orderly, and free of unpleasant odors.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products, notifying your supervisor when restocking is needed.
- Emptying and cleaning all trash receptacles throughout the facility.
- Identifying and reporting any furnishings in need of repair to management.
- Working cooperatively with all staff members and interacting with residents and their families with the utmost courtesy and respect.
- Strictly maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to all safety and emergency procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Eligibility for hire per state labor board guidelines and the ability to complete our facility orientation.
- The physical capability to perform the job duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.

- High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred, but a positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others are most important.
