Key Responsibilities
For Service Staff:
- Prepare our signature shaved ice and other menu items perfectly, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate shaved-ice equipment safely and efficiently to serve customers quickly.
- Maintain the impeccable cleanliness and organization of the entire storefront and dining area.
- Provide warm, friendly, and exceptional customer service at the counter.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, managing inventory, and ordering supplies from local vendors as needed.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
For Kitchen Staff:
- Prepare fruit bases, toppings, and other kitchen items in compliance with our high-quality recipes.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment like boiling pots, blenders, and mixers.
- Monitor inventory stock levels and notify management of supply needs to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a spotlessly clean, organized, and safe kitchen workstation.
- Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance tasks for all kitchen equipment.
- Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable individuals with a positive attitude. Requirements for both roles include:
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with food service.
- Must be able to obtain a Health Certificate upon hiring.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience (a plus, but not required):
- Prior experience in retail Food & Beverage.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Familiarity with cash handling, credit card machines, or the Square POS system.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: Starting from $9.25 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
- Location: In person at our Tumon, GU 96913 location.
