Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the precise and safe handling of valuable materials, ensuring every order meets our exacting standards. Your core duties will include:
- Processing online orders from start to finish: accurately filling, capping, labelling, and packing bottles for same-day courier dispatch.
- Preparing products by carefully mixing and decanting concentrated materials according to detailed batch sheets.
- Maintaining meticulous logs of weights, batch numbers, and inventory movements.
- Adhering strictly to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of PPE when handling chemicals, alcohols, and essential oils.
- Keeping the workshop organised, clean, and operating efficiently.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who embody reliability and precision. The ideal person will have:
- The ability to follow written procedures exactly, with zero shortcuts.
- Physical fitness to perform repeated lifts of 20–30 kg.
- High personal integrity and the understanding that handling high-value stock and confidential information (NDA) is a core responsibility.
- Trustworthiness, reliability, and a calm, drama-free approach to work.
- Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident (we cannot offer sponsorship).
- Solid written and spoken English to comprehend safety data sheets and instructions.
- Clear handwriting and basic maths skills.
- Availability to start within two weeks, with flexibility for extra hours during peak periods.
School leavers with strong references from teachers, coaches, or community leaders are welcome to apply.
