Key Responsibilities

You will be the operational leader, ensuring smooth and efficient daily processes. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing the complete end-to-end laundry process: supervising sorting, washing, drying, ironing, garment organization, packaging, and logistics (loading/unloading).
• Directly monitoring daily operations to enforce strict quality control, safety protocols, and hygiene standards across all workstations.
• Leading, training, and motivating the laundry team, conducting performance reviews, and implementing workflow improvements to achieve operational excellence.
• Managing inventory of linens, chemicals, and supplies, and overseeing the maintenance and safe operation of all laundry machinery.
• Handling administrative duties, including staff scheduling (for shift holiday arrangements), report compilation, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a practical, hands-on manager with a proven track record. You must have:

• Secondary 5 education or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of solid, relevant experience in a high-volume laundry environment (fabric, hotel, or garment operations is highly preferred).
• At least 5 years of direct workshop management and operations experience, demonstrating strong supervisory skills.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin), with the ability to read and write Chinese characters proficiently.
• Fair command of written and spoken English for basic reporting and communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and competent computer typing skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team management abilities in a fast-paced setting.
