Key Responsibilities

In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be a key operator. Your primary duties will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating high-reach forklifts (LF) and order pickers (LO) to move, store, and retrieve stock. Experience with Crown joystick controls is a strong advantage.
• Performing accurate RF scanning, pick-packing, and order fulfillment tasks to meet strict dispatch timelines.
• Completing putaways, stock replenishment, and general inventory control duties.
• Conducting manual handling of items up to 20kg as part of the daily workflow.
• Working collaboratively within the warehouse team to maintain a safe, productive, and organised work area.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential criteria:

• Current, valid LF and LO forklift licences.
• A minimum of 6 months of proven, recent experience operating high-reach forklifts in a similar environment.
• The ability to provide a valid Police Check (issued within the last 6 months) or obtain one promptly.
• Willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• A reliable, punctual, and energetic work ethic with a strong focus on safety.
• Full availability to start work immediately for the designated Monday-Friday roster.
