 Key Responsibilities

Your day will be varied and active, with your core duties focusing on the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for:

• Safely and efficiently loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Accurately checking all incoming and outgoing orders to ensure they match documentation.
• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move product and build secure pallets for dispatch.
• Handling a wide variety of freight, including using specialized attachments like paper clamps.
• Performing general yard duties, including devanning containers and maintaining excellent warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Consistently following all safety protocols to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the goods you handle.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and dependable team member. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid OSH Forklift Licence, with proven experience on counterbalance forklifts.
• Prior experience in a transport, logistics, or similar warehouse environment is essential.
• Solid experience with FAK (Freight of All Kinds) and using multi-pallet handlers and attachments.
• The physical capability to manually handle items up to 25kg.
• A strong, unwavering focus on safety in everything you do.
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a deadline-driven setting.

Previous long-fork experience is highly regarded and will be a significant advantage in this role.
