Your Responsibilities 

In this role, you will be trained to perform essential tasks that keep our bottling/packaging line running smoothly and safely. Your daily duties will include:

  • Operating and monitoring automated production equipment according to strict written procedures and safety guidelines (GMP).
  • Performing basic line functions such as filling hoppers with empty vials, handling materials, and labeling finished products.
  • Maintaining accurate operational logbooks and production records with strong attention to detail.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with all 5S and safety standards.
  • Assisting with material handling while carefully segregating different lots and components.
  • Performing basic quality checks and reporting any equipment issues or product defects to your supervisor immediately.
  • Following all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your role and participating in required training.

What You Need to Bring

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate reliability and a willingness to learn. The requirements are:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
  • The ability to stand for your entire shift and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
  • Outstanding attendance, punctuality, and a proven reliable work ethic.
  • The ability to lift, move, and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to supply your own safety shoes/boots (steel or composite toe).

Helpful Experience:

  • Previous work in bottling, packaging, or similar light industrial operations (e.g., experience at Coca-Cola, Pepsi, or a similar plant) is a significant advantage.
  • Basic computer skills for training and data entry.

Details, Schedule and Benefits

Location and Schedule:

  • This is a 100% onsite position in Londonderry, NH.
  • First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
  • Initial training (approx. 1 week) will be conducted on the second shift.

Safety and Environment:

  • A clean, climate-controlled production floor with a closed system (no hazardous material contact).
  • Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves are provided.

Compensation and Aerotek Benefits:

  • Pay: $18.50 per hour with weekly paychecks.
