 Your Day-to-Day on the Production Line

In this hands-on role, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will be straightforward but critical:

• Setting up production machines at the start of your shift according to standard procedures.
• Safely loading raw materials into the machine hoppers for processing.
• Monitoring the machine’s operation throughout your shift to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Removing finished products from the machine and conducting basic visual inspections for quality.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Performing basic machine adjustments and reporting any mechanical issues to your supervisor.

What You Need to Get Started

Basic Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Some experience using common hand tools.
• A reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude.
• The ability to stand for your shift, perform repetitive tasks, and follow instructions carefully.

Helpful Experience (Preferred but Not Required):

• 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or a related field.
• Any prior exposure to machine operation, forklifts, or quality inspection is a plus.

Important Schedule Details:

• This role follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, meaning you work 2 days, are off 2 days, work 3 days, and then the pattern repeats, giving you 14 days off per month.
• Shift Times: Daylight (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM) or Overnight (5:45 PM – 6:00 AM).
