Your Essential Role in Processing

Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our production machinery. Your core duties will include:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring computer-controlled production equipment according to strict procedures and quality specifications.
Adjusting machine settings in real-time to maintain product consistency and meet all quality standards throughout your shift.
Performing routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to keep machinery running smoothly.
Conducting regular inspections of finished products for quality, weight, and packaging integrity.
Accurately recording production data, maintaining logs, and reporting any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns immediately to your supervisor.
Strictly adhering to all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and maintaining an exceptionally clean and organized work area.
Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless production flow and meet daily targets.
Following all company policies and participating in safety and procedural training.

The Foundation for Your Success

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, production, or light industrial environment.
A basic understanding of machine operations and a strong commitment to safety procedures.
Ability to read and accurately interpret work orders, production schedules, and specification sheets.
Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and production calculations.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills (A Plus):

Experience with food processing, packaging, or similar automated machinery.
Familiarity with quality control/assurance processes in a production setting.
Basic computer literacy for operating machinery interfaces and data entry.
A mindset aligned with efficiency and continuous improvement.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, onsite role in our Pasco, WA processing facility.
The environment is fast-paced and may involve exposure to typical plant conditions (noise, cool temperatures). All necessary safety PPE (glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed shoes) is required.
Must be available for shift work, which may include nights or weekends based on production needs.
