Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, you will ensure our print products meet the highest standards of quality and finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Expertly operating and maintaining a variety of specialized production machines, including bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, and ABG units.
Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating equipment issues to management to minimize downtime.
Strictly adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent quality and safe operations.
Accurately reporting completed orders through our company systems and prioritizing tasks to meet critical production deadlines.
Ensuring all equipment and workstations are meticulously maintained, cleaned, and fully replenished for a seamless handover to the next shift.
Conducting thorough quality checks on your own work and escalating any unresolved issues to ensure only perfect products move forward.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who embodies a proactive, quality-driven mindset. The essentials are:

A highly motivated individual with a strong mechanical background and a proven willingness to learn and adapt.
Solid experience in troubleshooting and operating machinery, with a firm grasp of mechanical principles.
Confident in your ability to quickly master new concepts and become proficient on various equipment types.
An unwavering eye for detail and a commitment to producing work that meets exceptionally high standards.
Proficiency in written and verbal English to understand complex work instructions and safety protocols.
Must be available and willing to work the 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM.

Nice-to-Have (Strongly Preferred):

4+ years of experience operating one or more of the listed production machines (bindery, guillotines, laminators, MOLL, Horizon, ABG).
