Key Responsibilities
In this customer-facing role, you will ensure our leading-edge equipment performs at its best. Your core duties will include:
- Executing the installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated hardware at customer sites, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production uptime.
- Working under the guidance of experienced Field Service Engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Adhering strictly to all safety guidelines and industry standards during on-site activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collecting valuable field data and customer feedback, communicating these insights to our internal engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement.
- Building strong customer relationships through timely, professional communication and consistent follow-up on service activities.
- Embracing a flexible schedule that includes shift work, on-call duty, and significant domestic and international travel to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with the following background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related field.
- While no professional experience is required, any hands-on internship or project work in a technical setting is a strong advantage.
- A foundational understanding of electrical, mechanical, or automation systems, with the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- A valid driver’s license and a genuine willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in fast-paced environments.
