Key Responsibilities

This is a comprehensive technical role where you will be responsible for a wide range of duties:

• Performing daily electrical repairs, inspections, and maintenance to ensure all power supply systems operate safely and reliably.
• Replacing and repairing various electrical fixtures and components, such as transformers, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, and handling urgent repair calls.
• Executing diverse building repair and finishing works, including plastering walls and ceilings, applying wallpaper, touch-up painting for furniture and interiors, conducting leak-proofing injections, and laying tiles, bricks, and mosaic tiles for pools.
• Assisting in the supervision and monitoring of subcontractors’ work on specific projects to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Accurately documenting work performed, materials used, and reporting on progress or any issues encountered.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified candidate with the following:

• A valid Construction Worker Registration Card (“Green Card”) is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in combined electrical and general building maintenance/repair work.
• Candidates holding a Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0) license will be given priority.
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese and basic Chinese literacy (reading and writing) are required.
• Academic qualifications are not a primary requirement; we place higher value on practical experience, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
• Good physical health and the ability to perform the manual tasks associated with the role.

 Benefits and Perks

We offer a clear and competitive remuneration package for your expertise:

• A monthly salary ranging from HKD $22,000 to $26,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• 12 days of paid annual leave per year, along with medical benefits.
• Annual performance bonus to reward strong contributions.
• Working hours: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 9-hour workday.
