Key Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of resident areas and common spaces using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Manage laundry operations according to the established schedule, ensuring careful handling of personal items.
- Maintain cleaning schedules while demonstrating respect for resident privacy and personal space.
- Build positive relationships with residents through friendly, respectful interactions that honor their dignity.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of our collaborative care team.
Qualifications
We’re looking for reliable individuals who share our commitment to compassionate care. The essential requirements include:
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance.
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Availability to attend a one-day paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute.
