Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning at multiple client homes each day, following detailed checklists and specific client instructions.
• Complete all standard cleaning tasks to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms.
• Travel reliably between job sites in the western suburbs using your own transportation.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients and our office team.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used effectively and left in good condition.
• Uphold our company’s reputation for quality, attention to detail, and respect for clients’ homes.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to Our Team:

• At least 2 years of professional house cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to travel between suburbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
• A dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
• Professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively; at least one person on a team must speak conversational English.
