Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive daily cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Execute detailed tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting all surfaces to a high standard.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restock supplies as needed.
- Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and countertops throughout the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience in a commercial or institutional setting (e.g., offices, schools, clinics).
- Proven knowledge of the safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- A strong, demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
- A reliable, punctual, and trustworthy work ethic.
- The ability to follow specific instructions and complete all assigned tasks thoroughly and on schedule.
- Must be able to commute to and work on-site in Frisco, TX 75035.
