Key Responsibilities
Concrete Works and Testing
- Assist with on-site concrete testing, including slump testing and quality checks.
- Ensure concrete works meet specification and compliance requirements.
General Labouring
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite.
- Assist the Site Manager and Foreman with manual tasks including shoveling, raking, and lifting.
- Support the team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in civil construction and concrete works is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of concrete placing and finishing is an advantage.
- Ability to operate single axle trucks (W class license preferred).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Concrete testing experience is highly regarded, but training can be provided to the right candidate.
Working Conditions:
This can be a physically demanding role requiring lifting, manual handling, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The successful applicant must be safety-focused and capable of maintaining a consistent and reliable work pace.
