Key Responsibilities
You’ll be the crucial link between our warehouse and our valued customers, ensuring they get exactly what they need when they need it. Your daily route will include:
- Preparing and verifying orders for accuracy before delivery, occasionally assisting with parts selection
- Inspecting merchandise condition with customers and obtaining proper sign-off on all deliveries
- Efficiently managing daily pickups of customer returns, cores, and warranty items
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and ensuring all paperwork is properly completed
- Conducting daily vehicle safety checks including fluid levels, tire condition, and cleanliness
- Reporting any customer concerns or delivery delays promptly to your dispatcher
- Supporting in-store activities when needed, including customer service and inventory organization
Qualifications
We’re looking for a reliable road warrior who brings energy and dedication to every delivery. The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Good organizational habits and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor and excellent time management
- Commitment to safety and road regulations
