 Key Responsibilities

As a Mining Village Cleaner, you’ll be essential to maintaining health and safety standards while directly supporting workforce morale through your attention to detail.

• Clean and service accommodation units, communal areas, offices, and amenities to the highest standards.
• Change linens, disinfect bathrooms, vacuum rooms, and restock supplies according to established schedules.
• Manage laundry services and maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in remote mining camp environments.
• Collaborate with catering and maintenance teams to ensure seamless camp operations.
• Complete 11-hour shifts as scheduled, maintaining consistency across your roster period.

Qualifications

We’re looking for experienced cleaning professionals who thrive in structured environments and understand the demands of remote work.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in large venue cleaning, FIFO roles, or commercial housekeeping.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safe equipment operation.
• Physical capability to perform demanding tasks in hot weather conditions.
• Western Australian residency with full Australian work rights.
• Australian Driver’s Licence for certain operational roles.
• Background in hospitality, industrial cleaning, or commercial housekeeping preferred.
