Key Responsibilities
Your role is essential in maintaining our luxury standards and ensuring every space reflects the quality our guests expect.
- Service and restock allocated guest rooms according to brand standards and training protocols.
- Perform turndown services to enhance the guest evening experience.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all public areas including lobbies, corridors, and amenities.
- Follow correct cleaning techniques and WHS regulations to ensure both quality and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues or special guest requests to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
We’re looking for team members who take genuine pride in their work and understand the importance of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
- Understanding of correct cleaning techniques and commitment to WHS regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain luxury standards consistently.
- Positive attitude and reliability in a team-oriented environment.
