Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you’ll contribute to our luxury standards through various important tasks:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities using approved cleaning methods.
• Service and restock assigned guest rooms according to our brand standards and training protocols.
• Perform turndown services that create welcoming evening environments for our guests.
• Follow all work health and safety regulations to ensure both team and guest wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Pay careful attention to special guest requests and maintain detailed room status reports.

Qualifications

We’re looking for team members who bring the right attitude and commitment to quality:

• Previous experience in housekeeping is beneficial but not essential – we provide comprehensive training.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and professional presentation.
• Understanding of WHS requirements in a hospitality environment.
