Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the face of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the front counter to the laundry floor. Your attention to detail will uphold our high standards.
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all customers, assisting them in person, over the phone, and via email with their laundry service needs.
- Accurately handle cash transactions and process customer laundry orders, following our established quality and care standards for every item.
- Actively monitor the laundromat floor, performing regular cleaning and upkeep to maintain a safe, tidy, and fully operational environment for everyone.
- Respond calmly and effectively to customer inquiries or any minor issues with machines, ensuring a positive resolution to their experience.
- Manage essential daily tasks including restocking supplies, maintaining accurate service records, and supporting team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a dependable individual who understands the importance of routine and takes ownership of their work. The right fit for our team will bring the following qualities:
- Proven reliability and punctuality are absolutely essential for this role.
- You must have availability to work a rotating roster that includes at least one weekend shift each week.

- The ability to work effectively on your own initiative, managing several tasks during a busy shift.
- Physical capability to safely lift standard laundry bags and operate commercial machines is required.
- While previous customer service experience is advantageous, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
