Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders, ensuring they are ready for dispatch.
- Accurately pick, pack, and assemble customer orders according to production paperwork and instructions, meeting daily dispatch targets.
- Safely operate a forklift to locate and move stock within the warehouse (forklift licence is essential).
- Manually handle products, including safely lifting and manoeuvring boxes up to 20kg.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace, strictly adhering to all company safety (WHS) policies and procedures.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with the right tickets, attitude, and experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, order picking, packing, or assembly role is preferred.
- A current forklift licence and a valid driver’s licence are both essential.
- A White Card (Construction Induction) is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, good numeracy skills, and the ability to accurately follow written instructions.
- A commitment to safety, a positive team attitude, and a reliable work ethic.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
