 Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our production team, your precision and care will directly contribute to patient outcomes every single day.

• Accurately compound pharmaceutical products, including chemotherapy drugs, by following specific recipes and processes for each individual patient order.
• Work within a strict sterile environment, adhering to all safety and quality control protocols without deviation.
• Utilize your steady hand and exceptional attention to detail to measure and mix ingredients with absolute precision.
• Collaborate effectively with a close-knit team, where everyone is united by the common goal of delivering life-changing treatments.
• Thrive in a busy, time-critical environment, managing your tasks to meet essential deadlines for hospitals and patients.

Qualifications

• A steady hand and the resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A reliable team player who is committed to a common goal and a supportive work culture.
• The ability to work full-time on either a day shift (5:30 am – 1:30 pm) or an afternoon shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm), Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to meet all pre-employment health requirements, including specified vaccinations.
