Key Responsibilities
You’ll be an essential part of our manufacturing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in everything we produce. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily production line operations including material handling and workflow coordination
- Conducting thorough product inspections and accurately classifying any defects according to quality standards
- Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize production processes and update documentation
- Performing basic troubleshooting for process or equipment issues to maintain smooth operations
- Maintaining excellent 5S standards and strictly following all established operating procedures
- Supporting team members through effective communication and knowledge sharing
- Ensuring proper packaging and storage of finished products
Qualifications
We’re looking for reliable team players who bring both skills and the right attitude. The ideal candidate will have:
- College degree or equivalent technical education
- 2+ years of experience in semiconductor or chemical manufacturing environments
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong team collaboration skills with willingness to guide and support colleagues
- Ability to work rotating shifts including day and night schedules (2 days on, 2 days off pattern)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Good communication skills in Chinese
