Key Responsibilities
Your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation. You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and calibrating sophisticated semiconductor equipment using schematics and technical documentation
- Conducting precise measurements and tests using specialized equipment to verify system performance
- Performing quality audits through visual inspections, checklist verification, and leak testing procedures
- Maintaining clear communication with team members about production status and technical findings
- Following comprehensive safety protocols including proper PPE usage and Lockout Tagout procedures
- Collaborating effectively within a team environment to meet production goals and quality standards
- Utilizing SAP systems to access and update tool information and maintenance records
Qualifications
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who combines technical knowledge with practical skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- An associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent military training in electronics, engineering, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment or advanced manufacturing environments
- Ability to distinguish wire colors and work with intricate electronic components
- Physical capability to handle equipment up to 35 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Strong computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and manufacturing data systems
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
