Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments and homes, including Airbnb properties, to meet our company’s high standards.
- Complete tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, changing linens, and taking out trash.
- Manage your time effectively to complete each cleaning within the scheduled timeframe.
- Communicate professionally with team members and, if needed, be prepared for client interactions at properties.
- Transport, maintain, and responsibly use your own cleaning supplies and basic equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop).
- Follow specific checklists and instructions for different properties to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- A reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual.
- Friendly personality with a professional demeanor.
- Must have your own reliable transportation to travel between job sites in the Chicago area.
- Must be able to provide and use your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Availability for varied schedules: Weekday house cleaning shifts typically run 8 AM – 5 PM, while Airbnb turnover cleans often occur between 10 AM – 2 PM.
- Weekend availability is a significant plus for earning extra income.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are most important.
