Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will put you at the heart of our offshore operations, where precision and safety are paramount. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting the installation of offshore wind turbines, ensuring all work meets our rigorous quality and safety standards
  • Acting as a certified signaler during lift operations, carefully following work instructions and lift plans
  • Preparing transition pieces and turbine components for loadout and installation, paying close attention to mechanical completion details
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation by completing checklists and reporting any technical issues promptly
  • Working closely with Environment, Health and Safety teams to reinforce safe work practices and cultivate a strong safety culture
  • Assisting with retrofit work and snagging lists to ensure every installation meets our exacting specifications

Qualifications

We’re looking for team members who bring both technical skills and the right attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Practical experience in heavy mechanical installation, construction, or similar technical fields
  • Certification or demonstrated experience as a signaler for complex lift operations
  • A strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow detailed work instructions
  • The flexibility to work internationally and adapt to different project requirements
  • Good physical condition suitable for offshore work environments
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn from experienced technicians
  • Previous offshore or wind industry experience is advantageous but not essential
