We control the entire process from seed to bottle, producing high-quality, traceable New Zealand–grown seed oils and protein meals for food ingredient, retail, industrial, and stock feed markets. Key Responsibilities

In this varied night shift role, you will be essential to our continuous processing operations. Your duties will include:

• Safely operating and monitoring oil extraction and refining equipment throughout the night shift.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.
• Performing a range of operational tasks across the site, both indoors and outdoors.
• Operating mobile plant such as forklifts, loaders, and trucks (experience preferred, training provided).
• Working collaboratively within a small team to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement opportunities in our processes.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual with:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to workplace safety.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills in an industrial processing environment.
• Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing plant is advantageous but not essential.
• Forklift, loader, or truck operation experience is a plus, though full training can be provided for the right candidate.
