Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the end-to-end operational strategy and daily management of cross-border fulfillment. Your key duties will encompass:
- Monitoring critical fulfillment KPIs (capacity, lead times, ship-out rates), conducting deep-dive data analysis, and generating actionable reports to drive efficiency and adoption.
- Leading and executing projects to expand local fulfillment and fast delivery services across the Philippines, proposing improvement initiatives, and coordinating closely with regional, logistics (SPX), and internal teams.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of all fulfillment operations, managing seller-facing processes (registrations, SKU nominations, scheduling), and handling campaign-related operational tasks and escalations.
- Overseeing inbound/outbound logistics, inventory policies, and warehouse coordination to resolve issues and maintain operational stability.
- Maintaining operational trackers, coordinating with BI/tech teams on data needs, and identifying bottlenecks to contribute to SOP and process automation improvements.
Qualifications
To excel in this multifaceted role, you should possess a strong blend of analytical, operational, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or business roles within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
- A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets; knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, capable of handling escalations and aligning cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently, figure things out in an ambiguous environment, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
