Key Responsibilities
- Operate, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Handle material changes and feeding to ensure smooth production flow.
- Execute Total Productive Maintenance and 5S activities to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
- Comply with all quality and safety regulations, ensuring products meet established standards.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, collaborating with the team to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Diligent, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to work shifts (day, night, or afternoon shifts).
- Previous manufacturing or equipment operation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
