Key Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with the critical final stage of aircraft presentation and protection, adhering to the highest industry standards.

• Prepare aircraft surfaces and components for painting through meticulous masking, stripping, sanding, and washing.
• Expertly blend, mix, and match paints and coatings to the precise color and consistency required for spraying.
• Apply primers, paints, and finishes to aircraft bodies and components using specialized spray equipment, following all approved technical data.
• Perform detailed paint polishing and execute precise touch-up work to ensure a flawless finish.
• Use stencils to apply registration numbers, logos, and other designs with accuracy.
• Operate and maintain various paint spraying systems and ground support equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

We are looking for qualified professionals with specific experience in industrial painting.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in aircraft painting or a related industrial painting field is required.
• Ability to understand and execute detailed technical instructions and work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
  • Must be able to read technical documents in English and Chinese.
• Flexibility to work overtime and night shifts as per operational requirements.
• Holding a recognized painting apprenticeship certificate is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Painting Assistant position.
