Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Vehicle Delivery Driver, you will be the face of UPS in your local neighborhood. Your primary duties will include:

• Safely and efficiently delivering packages to residential and business customers within a designated area close to your home.
• Loading and organizing packages in your personal vehicle at the start of your shift.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service during every delivery interaction.
• Using a handheld device to scan packages and manage delivery confirmations.
• Adhering to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and UPS delivery procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Managing your route and schedule to complete all deliveries within your assigned shift window.

Qualifications

We are looking for responsible individuals with good customer service skills. To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A valid Class 5 driver’s licence from New Brunswick or Nova Scotia and a clean driving record.
• A reliable, properly insured, and registered personal vehicle that meets UPS specifications (e.g., a mid-size sedan, minivan, SUV, or covered pickup truck).
• The physical ability to handle packages, with occasional lifting of items up to 70 lbs (approximately 32 kg) without assistance.
• A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, starting between 10:00 AM and noon, for shifts of 3 to 5 hours per day.
