Key Responsibilities
You will be the cornerstone of our corporate office’s daily rhythm and colleague experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming first impression by greeting and assisting all colleagues and visitors at the front desk.
- Efficiently managing inbound calls, mail distribution, and the coordination of meeting room bookings.
- Ensuring smooth office operations by coordinating supplies and supporting a wide range of administrative tasks for the People & Culture team.
- Playing a supportive role in organising colleague engagement initiatives and office events that foster our unique culture.
Qualifications
We are looking for a poised and proactive individual who embodies our values. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and discreet demeanour.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and a strong understanding of maintaining confidentiality.
