 Key Responsibilities

As the first point of contact, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive. Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Managing our patient booking systems (Cliniko & Mindbody) with ease and accuracy, handling appointments, payments, and client records.
  • Creating exceptional first impressions by greeting every client with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
  • Handling all client correspondence efficiently, whether via email, phone, or in-person enquiries.
  • Supporting clinic operations through inventory management, stock ordering, and general administration.
  • Working collaboratively to support fellow receptionists, our team of practitioners, and management to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
  • Following through on tasks and projects from start to finish, maintaining our high standards of organisation and service.

Qualifications

We are looking for a people-person who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least one year of proven experience in a reception, administration, or customer service role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone manner.
  • A professional, well-presented image and a proactive, positive attitude with a genuine eagerness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail, superb organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a team-player mindset.
  • Experience with cash handling and a steadfast commitment to client privacy and confidentiality.
