Key Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role where you will manage a caseload and make a tangible difference. Your key duties will include:
- Proactively networking and building strong, lasting relationships with local employers to source a diverse range of job opportunities tailored to your participants’ skills.
- Â Conducting one-on-one appointments to identify each participant’s unique strengths, interests, and aspirations, helping them to define and reach their employment goals.
- Â Using your insight to effectively match participants with suitable job vacancies and supporting them through the application and interview process.
- Â Working efficiently in a KPI-driven environment to achieve successful employment placements and sustainable outcomes for your participants.
- Â Ensuring all interactions and placements adhere to program guidelines and required standards.
Qualifications
We value attitude, transferable skills, and a genuine desire to help others as much as specific industry experience. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Essential Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A current and valid Driver’s Licence, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, sales-oriented mindset with strong networking abilities.
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, managing your own caseload and schedule effectively.
- Resilience and motivation to succeed and learn in a KPI-focused environment.
Your Background:
- Prior industry experience in employment services is not essential. We strongly encourage applications from individuals with transferable skills in sales, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, or other people-focused roles.
