We are Rising Spurs, a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services. We believe that meaningful therapy happens when clinicians are supported, trained well, and treated like family. That is why we invest heavily in our people—from hands-on training to clear career pathways. Our culture is built on collaboration, respect, and a shared mission to help children with developmental differences reach their full potential. Whether you are working in-home, in-clinic, or in a school setting, you will carry the Rising Spurs commitment to excellence with you.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in their homes, following treatment and behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA supervisor.
- You will collect accurate data during each session and complete thorough documentation to track progress and guide future interventions.
- You will prepare therapy materials and activities that keep sessions engaging and productive for each child.
- You will work closely with families, modeling intervention strategies and building strong partnerships that extend the impact of therapy beyond session time.
- You will participate in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and ongoing training to continually refine your skills.
- You will collaborate with a supportive team of BCBAs and fellow RBTs who are always available to offer guidance and encouragement.
What We Are Looking For
- You hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential and are in good standing.
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent as a foundation for your work.
- You have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to travel to client homes in the Rockwall area.
- You bring strong communication skills, solid time management, and a natural ability to connect with children and their families.
- You have a genuine passion for supporting children with developmental differences and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care.
- You are dependable, professional, and ready to show up consistently for the families who count on you.
The Rewards and Support
We believe that when you take care of your team, they take care of the families. You will earn between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour based on your experience and certification level. Beyond the pay, we offer paid time off because we know you need time to recharge. You will receive hands-on training and ongoing professional development to keep your skills sharp. Our BCBAs provide supportive supervision with consistent mentorship and feedback you are never out there on your own. If you are aiming to become a BCBA yourself, our Analyst-in-Training program gives you a clear path forward.
