Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Sales Team and Manager by preparing sales proposals, quotations, and detailed reports.
- Act as a key point of contact, following up on client inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking the progress of various projects within the sales pipeline to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Compile and prepare clear, concise weekly updates and progress reports for the sales team.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date customer and project records in the company’s CRM system.
- Support marketing initiatives, including the coordination of promotional activities and the preparation of marketing materials.
Qualifications
Your Background And Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (must) and Chinese.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An interest in or basic knowledge of green technologies and sustainability is a valuable asset, though not mandatory.
