Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety across sales floors, seating areas, restrooms, offices, and back-of-house spaces
• Complete daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning checklists according to store standards
• Support store teams with cleaning projects and urgent cleaning needs as they arise
• Perform minor repairs and general upkeep tasks when required
• Assist with ordering and restocking maintenance and cleaning supplies
• Help maintain outdoor areas, including parking lots and landscaping
• Follow all store procedures, food safety standards, and health regulations
• Report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly to leadership
• Arrive on time, well-presented, and ready to work scheduled shifts and trainings

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and care for the overall appearance of the store
• A positive attitude toward hands-on and sometimes unpleasant cleaning tasks
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
• Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment
• No prior retail experience required; training is provided
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including cold and wet environments
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
