Key Responsibilities
As the central point of contact for security operations, you will perform a range of critical duties including:
- Acting as the primary communications operator, receiving and prioritizing incoming calls for service, and efficiently dispatching police officers to incidents.
- Continuously observing feeds from physical security equipment such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels to detect and report any security breaches or unusual activities.
- Monitoring and maintaining clear, professional radio communications with police officers and other security personnel across the facility.
- Receiving and responding to emergency calls, swiftly gathering essential information, initiating appropriate emergency protocols, and notifying necessary personnel and external agencies (e.g., fire, EMS).
- Accurately documenting all incidents, communications, and actions taken in appropriate logs and report systems.
