Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled service inspections and reactive maintenance in accordance with Vestas specifications, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic component replacement and troubleshooting.
- Respond to and attend sites outside normal working hours for reactive maintenance as required.
- Maintain all company vehicles and keep plant equipment in clean, good condition.
- Ensure every task is carried out with the highest regard for personnel safety, environmental protection, and adherence to work methods.
- Complete site inductions and comply with Service Maintenance Agreement requirements.
- Follow all work instructions, procedures, safety codes, and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and participate in safety meetings and toolbox talks.
- Carry out other duties within your ability, skill, and experience as directed.
Qualifications
A minimum of five years of experience with Vestas wind turbines is mandatory. Strong electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic experience is required, along with a motivation to further develop your skills in these fields. Good computer skills are essential for monitoring work and documentation. The ability to communicate and read in English is required. A valid driver’s licence is essential.
Competencies
A strong understanding of and commitment to the highest standards of health and safety in the work environment is critical. The ability to climb a wind turbine and perform physically demanding work at heights in various weather conditions is required. Willingness to travel to other sites when needed is important. You should enjoy working in teams and communicating with a range of stakeholders, while also being able to manage your own workload independently. A solutions oriented, organized approach to work is essential.

This full time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from NT$55,000 to NT$70,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include national statutory insurance, group insurance for employees and dependents, and annual merit review.
