Key Responsibilities

You are the ambassador for the SNAP brand from the moment customers land. Your core duties will include:

  • Providing outstanding, friendly customer service by warmly greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and showing understanding after long flights.
  • Driving safely, defensively, and professionally at all times, ensuring the comfort and security of every passenger.
  • Managing daily operational tasks like keeping the vehicle clean and fueled, ensuring the in-vehicle tablet is charged, and accurately updating booking statuses in our digital system (Trello).
  • Handling any unexpected situations on the road calmly and correctly, following company procedures for incidents or accidents.
  • Supporting the branch team during quieter periods by assisting with yard duties, vehicle preparation, or other customer service tasks to help everything run smoothly.

Qualifications

We are looking for a personable and reliable individual who embodies our service ethos. The ideal candidate will be:

  • A genuine people-person with a friendly, helpful attitude and a passion for great customer service.
  • A safe, conscientious driver with a full, clean driver’s licence and an impeccable driving record.

  • Comfortable using basic digital tools and apps (full training will be provided on our systems).
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and happy to pitch in with various tasks to support the wider branch operation.
