Key Responsibilities

You will play an essential role in our daily logistics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from receiving to dispatch. Your main duties will include:

• Organizing daily labor distribution and workflow within the warehouse to meet precise quality and on-time production targets.
• Actively supporting multiple operational departments, including shipping, storage, and order fulfillment, to maintain a seamless supply chain.
• Safely transporting, staging, and handling products and materials using appropriate equipment and methods.
• Maintaining impeccable organization in all work and storage areas, adhering to strict safety and inventory management protocols.
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure system accuracy matches physical stock levels.
• Preparing goods for shipment by packing, labeling, and verifying orders against documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team player with the following background:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• For this warehouse position, 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory system management.
• The ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and operating material handling equipment as needed. Relevant equipment certifications are a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
