We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Store Person to join our team, responsible for the receipt, issue, storage, and transfer of all goods around the Resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, issue, store, and transfer all goods around the Resort efficiently and accurately.
• Check that all incoming merchandise is undamaged and in quantities as indicated in the accompanying invoice.
• Correctly store items in designated areas, maintaining organization and accessibility.
• Issue items to other departments as requested, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain stock levels accordingly, monitoring inventory and reporting needs.
• Assist with deliveries, including unloading and reloading delivery vehicles.
• Ensure supplier items are returned as required.
• Complete all paperwork including consignment notes, SDS, weight declarations, pallet receipts, and food safety temperature documents.
• Assist with monthly stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate easily with fellow team members and suppliers.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Attention to detail for checking merchandise and maintaining records.
• Physical ability to assist with unloading and reloading delivery vehicles.
• Reliability and punctuality essential.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory tasks.
• Flexibility to work in a resort environment.
• Alignment with IHG’s purpose of providing True Hospitality for Good.

Base Rate: $25.93 per hour + penalties + loading.
