Key Responsibilities

For Painters:

  • Learn and execute detailed painting techniques for interior and exterior residential projects.
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Carefully apply paint, stain, and other finishes with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Maintain, transport, and safely use all painting equipment and ladders.
  • Work collaboratively with your crew to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Ensure job sites are left clean and tidy.

For Crew Managers (includes all Painter duties, plus):

  • Help lead and motivate a small crew of 2-3 painters.
  • Assist in managing project workflow to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Act as a point of communication between crew members and company leadership.
  • Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment for your team.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Availability to work full-time for the majority of the summer season (April through August).
  • A strong, reliable work ethic and a positive, coachable attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to finishing work to the highest quality.
  • Great teamwork and communication skills.
  • The physical ability to work outdoors, handle equipment, and be on your feet all day.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the local area is required; having your own vehicle is a benefit.

Leadership potential and a desire to take on more responsibility are key for Crew Manager candidates.
