Key Responsibilities

As a Field Technician, you will be the frontline expert ensuring our clients’ critical systems operate without interruption. Your primary duties will include:

Performing field engineering duties, including the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and related control systems at client sites.
Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance, system inspections, and performance testing to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Responding promptly to emergency call-outs for system troubleshooting and repair, minimizing downtime for critical facilities.
Preparing accurate service reports, documentation, and maintenance records for all work performed.
Collaborating with project engineers and the operations team to provide feedback from the field and ensure smooth project handover and system operation.

Experience and Role Progression:

This entry-level position is open to candidates with little or no direct experience; a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are key.
For candidates with several years of hands-on experience in BMS, HVAC controls, electrical systems, or ELV systems.
Experienced candidates with demonstrated leadership skills and deep technical knowledge may be considered for supervisory roles.
Possession of relevant trade licenses (e.g., electrical worker license) is a strong priority and will be highly favored.
This role requires a 6-day work week. Overtime work is required with applicable allowances provided.
Attributes: Must be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, have a valid driver’s license, and be physically fit for site work.
