Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site engineering work related to Building Management Systems
- Carry out routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance
- Respond to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot system issues promptly
- Support daily operations within critical and data center environments
- Prepare basic service records and report technical findings
- Follow safety procedures and company operational standards
Qualifications
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Technician or Assistant Supervisor roles
- Applicants with less or no direct experience may be considered for Junior Technician positions
- Relevant experience in BMS, building services, or related engineering fields
- Relevant technical licenses or certifications are an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and handle emergency maintenance duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
