 Your Key Responsibilities

Whether as a Technician or an entry-level Apprentice, you will be central to our manufacturing success. Your core duties will include:

  • Setting up and adjusting parameters on injection molding and extrusion machines in strict accordance with validated specifications.
  • Performing complete machine changeovers efficiently and documenting all setup parameters and tools used.
  • Verifying machine setups at the start of each shift to ensure immediate production quality.
  • Troubleshooting process issues, providing technical support to machine operators, and analyzing problems to implement solutions.
  • Conducting routine preventive maintenance and ensuring all equipment and workspaces are kept impeccably clean.
  • Strictly following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols without exception.
  • Supporting production to meet the daily schedule, including working overtime as needed to meet demand.
  • Having the authority to stop production if quality standards cannot be met and to escalate issues to maintenance or engineering.

Qualifications 

We have pathways for both experienced technicians and those starting their careers.

For Process Technician:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a technical degree is preferred).
  • 5 years of hands-on work experience with injection molding and or extrusion processes is strongly preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

For Apprentice Technician, Process (Entry-Level):

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required – we will provide comprehensive training.
  • A strong interest in manufacturing, mechanical processes, and a keen willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Physical Requirements for Both Roles:

  • Ability to routinely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks in a manufacturing environment.
