 Key Responsibilities

You will be entrusted with the meticulous fabrication of components where quality and safety are paramount.

Your core duties will include:

  • Performing precision TIG welding on a variety of exotic aerospace materials for critical engine parts and assemblies.
  • Interpreting planning documents, prints, and sketches to set up and execute complex welds.
  • Achieving and maintaining necessary welding certifications through our comprehensive training programs.
  • Operating within a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.
  • Adhering to the strictest quality standards to ensure the integrity and reliability of every component you weld.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following essential requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment OR successful completion of a certified welding co-op or course.
  • The ability to pass an initial welding skills demonstration.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to work from technical instructions.
  • Specific vision requirements (Distance 20/30, Near Vision: Jaeger No. 2 at 16 inches).
  • Ability to lift, move, and manipulate fixtures and hardware up to 25 pounds.
  • U.S. Person status is required, as this role requires access to export-controlled information.
