Southern Paprika Limited is a premier New Zealand greenhouse specialist, renowned for growing high-quality capsicums, tomatoes, and snack cucumbers. Based in the beautiful Warkworth region, we operate over 26 hectares of advanced glasshouses and a modern packhouse. As we expand, we are excited to launch our new tomato packhouse, supplying top produce to major markets. Your Role in Our New Packhouse

As a vital member of our startup team, you will be trained in all aspects of our modern packing operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring automated bagging and punnet-filling machinery with precision and care.
Manually packing fruit and preparing packing materials to meet strict quality and presentation standards.
Conducting thorough quality checks, identifying and removing any fruit that does not meet our high-grade specifications.
Providing flexible support across different stations within the packhouse to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and adhering to all health, safety, and food safety protocols in a dynamic environment.

While previous packhouse, factory, or horticulture experience is beneficial, a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us.
